Job Description
Operation and Maintenance: (11KV and 415Volts)
• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of the HT (11KV) and LT (415V)
switchboards. And also Air circuit breaker (415V) and Vacuum circuit breaker
(11KV).
• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of the Dry type transformer (2MVA).
• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of HT and LT Panels, Motor, Transformer.
• Overhauling of HT and LT Motor.
• Operation Maintenance of DG (1.5MVA).
• Unit Synchronization with grid.
• Operation and Preventive Maintenance of Lighting Distribution BOX (LDB) and
Maintenance Box (MB) also checking lighting circuit.
• Maintain Work Permit, Isolation, Normalization and Lock and Tag out.
• Maintain shift schedule of every month accordingly numbers of manpower.
• Planning for execution of electrical work completed as per schedule time
Installation and Commissioning:
• Planning for execution of electrical work completed as per schedule time.
• Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of the HT (11kv and 3.3kv) & LT (415
volts) switchboards.
• Erection of Unit Lighting installation, Cable tray installed and Cable lying
(850km in BTG area).
• No-Load Run, Load Run of HT (11kv and 3.3kv) & LT (415 volts) Motors.
• Testing of HT Motor ((11kv and 3.3kv) & LT Motor (415 volts) & Hi pot testing of
HT cable.
• Erection of GT (Generator Transformer 145MVA), UAT (Unit Auxiliary Transformer
33MVA), ST (Station Transformer 25MVA) and SBT (Stand By Transformer
33MVA).
